Careers Day in MSTU «STANKIN»

 On February 20, 2019, JSC “Aeroelektromash” took part in the Careers Day event in MSTU “STANKIN”. We told senior students about the prospects of employment and proper ways of building one’s career path, possibilities for on-the-job training and work placements with further employment and professional growth.

 In his interview with the MSTU “STANKIN” film crew, head of the HR department of JSC “Aeroelektromash” Nikita Igorevich Yerokhin stressed that our enterprise’s participation in the Careers Day opened to the students an opportunity to learn in more detail which jobs are currently most in demand in our company and what possibilities are available for young specialists. In their turn, the would-be professionals showed much interest in launching a career at the leader enterprise of the aviation industry engaging in the development and manufacture of airborne electrical equipment. Many students will be able to take on-the-job training already this coming summer, or embark upon a career right away through part-time employment.

 Cooperation between JSC “Aeroelektromash” and MSTU “STANKIN” implies not only employment of graduates but also carrying out joint scientific research, engineering, R&D, and technology development works.
