OJSC «Aeroelektromash» changes its name

 In accordance with the new norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation brought into force by Federal Law No. 99-FZ of 05.05.2014, based on decision taken at an off-schedule meeting of shareholders, and in connection with introduction of respective changes in the Statute, Open Joint-Stock Company «Aeroelektromash» has changed its name to Joint-Stock Company «Aeroelektromash» as of 13.01.2016, a record of was made in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities under state registration number No. 2167746200587.
