JSC “Aeroelektromash” has years-long experience in the design of electrical equipment for aviation and space engineering. The enterprise engages in development, manufacture, and repair of electrical equipment and automatic control systems for the domestic aviation materiel. The design bureau of the plant has to its name unique in-house developments in the field of power generation systems and their units for airborne vehicles, such as generators, switching and control equipment in the area of various-purpose electric drives, including hoisting and transportation equipment.
The ever stringent requirements imposed on qualification of both the shop floor employees and the engineering personnel, as well as availability of a closed-loop production cycle, ensure output of products manufactured in professional manner and with high quality.
Since 2018, the Director General of JSC “Aeroelektromash” has been Boris Sergeyevich Malyshev.
Boris Sergeyevich Malyshev was born on the 11th of August 1952 in Tukan settlement, Beloretsk locality of Bashkir ASSR.
In 1975, he graduated from Kuibyshev S. P. Korolev Aviation Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering. Right after graduation from Kuibyshev Aviation Institute he proceeded to work at Kumertau Aviation Production Enterprise as a production foreman. In 1987, he became CEO of the enterprise, working in the position of Director General for many years.
Along with his work in the industry, in 2001 Boris Sergeyevich became head of the aircraft production technology department of the Kumertau branch of USATU. He was involved in production of ship-based helicopters Ka‑27PL, Ka‑27PS, Ka‑28, Ka‑29, Ka‑31 and their modifications, multi-purpose helicopters Ka‑26, Ka‑32T, Ka‑32S, Ka‑226, unmanned aircraft Tu‑143, Tu‑243, aircraft М‑17, parachuting facilities, as well as aerospace complex “Energia-Buran”. He directed the activities on promotion of aviation equipment on foreign markets, participated in major aviation and specialized exhibitions in different countries.
Boris Sergeyevich Malyshev is the author of many academic papers, a Veteran of Labour. Over the long hard-working years of his fruitful career, Boris Sergeyevich has been decorated with many national awards and honorary titles. He is an Associate Member of the Russian Academy of Science, Honoured Mechanic Engineer of the Russian Federation (1999), Full Member of the Academy of Engineering of the Republic of Bashkortostan, EngScD, Member of the International Academy of Informatization.

To successfully run business and ensure functioning of the enterprise, a Quality Management System based on standards GOST ISO 9001, GOST RV 0015.002, and EN 9100 has been implemented in JSC “Aeroelektromash”. The Quality Management System (QMS) is an aggregate of the organisational structure, methods, processes, and resources required for general quality management. The system is intended for continuous improvement in operations and achievement of long-term success aimed at increasing competitive performance of the enterprise on domestic and global markets.
Certification in the voluntary certification system “Military Registry”, granted by QMS certification agency “SOYUZSERT” for compliance with the requirements of standards GOST ISO 9001-2015, GOST RV 0015.002-2012, and the Product Development and Launch System for Military Hardware.
Certification granted by the international certification agency Bureau Veritas Certification for compliance with the requirements of standards EN ISO 9001:2015 and EN 9100:2018.
The design bureau of JSC “Aeroelektromash” works on new developments in the field of electric machinery, control and adjustment equipment, electric power drives.
The company engages in the recovery of its key assets, renewal of the machine-tool fleet, modernisation of the testing equipment, and improvement of the employees’ working conditions and amenities. Special attention is paid to the refreshment and training of personnel for the design and production units.
